Banana and pecan loaf

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced). Grease and line a 23cm loaf tin.
2.Place butter, sugar and honey into bowl of an electric mixer. Beat until pale and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in mashed banana.
3.Sift in flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Fold in pecans.
4.Spoon mixture into prepared tin. Bake 1 hour, or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
