Method

1.Remove icing from cakes; level cakes. Secure one cake, cut-side down, on cake board with a little frosting. Spread cake with ¼ cup of the frosting; top with remaining cake. Spread top and side of cake with frosting.

2.Using picture as a guide, use writing icings to decorate letters on biscuits; position on cakes (try not to have two biscuits with the same colour or letter next to each other).

3.Using picture as a guide, position M&M’s and mini M&M’s on cake to fill gaps between biscuits. Position candles on cake.

Letter jumbles are sold in multi packs. You can use small plain round biscuits and write letters on them, if you prefer.
