Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C.
2.Line 12 muffin pan recesses with prosciutto.
3.In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, chopped dill and finely grated lemon zest. Season; spoon into recesses.
4.Bake 12-15 minutes, until meat is crisp; cool.
5.Top with prawns and chilli; sprinkle with dill. Serve with lemon wedges.
