Chocolate marshallow sauce

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Arrange waffles on tray; bake 4-5 minutes, until toasted and golden.
3.Meanwhile, make sauce: place chocolate, marshmallows and cream in a small heatproof jug. Microwave on high power 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
4.Arrange waffles on serving plates. Top each with banana slices and a scoop of ice-cream. Serve with a drizzle of warm sauce. Accompany with strawberries.

Remember to wash the strawberries before you hull them, as this prevents the stem end absorbing water.
