Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Sauté garlic for 1 minute, until starting to change colour. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute, stirring. Add trout and season to taste. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add capers.
2.Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain. Return to pan and stir in basil and trout mixture. Serve immediately.
Salmon can be used in place of trout.
