Method
1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions. Drain and reserve 1 cup cooking liquid.
2.Wipe out pan. Heat oil and butter in same pan on medium. Cook zucchini 4-5 minutes, until tender. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and toss pasta through.
3.In a jug whisk eggs, cream, cheese and half herbs together. Toss through pasta mixture on low heat 1-2 minutes, until combined
4.Season to taste. Serve scattered with extra parmesan and herbs.
Add onion and a little sliced bacon or ham to the mixture.
