Method
1.Place all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste. Toss well. Serve as a meal accompaniment.
1 cup raw brown rice equals 2 1/2 cups cooked rice. To cook brown rice, place 1 cup rice and 6 cups water in a large saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes, until tender.
